Headphones ARE allowed. We ask that you keep the volume down or leave one earbud out so you can hear emergency instructions if necessary.

Dogs (and cats, if you’re crazy enough) are allowed in the 5K only and must be leashed. All runners/walkers with pets must line up at the back of the corral.
